It’s an invaluable and Powerful tool in any relationship/trust-building, Communication, or orientation process - between individuals from diverse groups or with different personal experiences and views. The game is an enjoyable, interactive system of board games in which the participants exchange information and feelings about themselves, each other, and their organization or community.

Participants develop insights and skills for handling issues with both individuals and groups; learn the value of open communicate dealing in both establishing trust and building relationships.

They become more comfortable with the processes of disclosure and feedback and acquire the ability to transfer these skills to their interactions outside the game.
