What it is

Most of us use less than 10% of our true potential. At the heart of all achievement you will find productive people practicing effective behaviors. None of us are born with behaviors that are 100% effective. We all learn by trial and error, and some learn from those experiences faster than others. Another challenge is our past conditioning. We all come to the workplace with different past conditioning; some good, some bad. Locked behind our ingrained habits and attitudes lie vast reserves of unused potential. The question is how do you develop that unused potential.

Organizations improve when people make effective changes. LMI's Effective Personal Productivity (EPP) addresses the gap between current performance and the future potential of people. The EPP is a development process. Knowledge-based training has little influence in changing habits and attitudes that have been developed over years of past conditioning. Effective behaviors are developed in the same way as they were acquired, through a development process.

Effective Personal Productivity Program helps people evaluate their attitude, make productive behavioral changes, increase productivity through controlling priorities, and communicate more effectively.

What it is

Effective Personal Leadership (EPL) helps existing leaders, managers and individuals to concentrate on their personal performance, leadership skills and develop their potential. Whether they are aware of it or not, everyone has a level of responsibility in representing their business to the outside world. Their personal motivation and self-image determines how effectively they perform, respond and lead.

It focuses direction, aids increased productivity and revives enthusiasm so that both organizational and personal goals can be achieved. Participants work with an experienced coach on a one-to-one basis over a number of months; this means that the EPL can be tailored to specific requirements as they work at a pace comfortable for them.

It is designed to increase an individual's personal ability to perform in a strong leadership role. What it is

The Effective Strategic Leadership (ESL) is a key component of the Total Leader Concept. As the world of business changes and evolves in this globalized, technologically advanced environment, the need for workable, effective leadership strategies becomes more and more critical. For businesses to become truly successful and innovative enterprises, they must develop and implement these strategies throughout the entire organization. The organization of the future is an organization where everyone—from top to bottom—knows, understands, and accepts the mission, vision, values, and goals of the company. It is only when everyone in the organization is working together in the same direction and toward the same goals that the organization becomes truly successful.
