Keke’s passion and focus is always on Sustainability and Social Development delivered with facilitated action learning coaching projects & social network technologies.

Keke worked with Dr. Philip Kotler and Mr. Milton Kotler at “Branding Taiwan 2006” in facilitating discussions amongst the working officials and academics Group for continued dialogues as part of the Branding Taiwan Project hosted by TaiTra.

As World Bank- IFC SME Capacity Building Project Consultant and Master Trainer for China Project Development Facility (CPDF), Keke developed the Chinese Train-The-Trainer packages in Marketing, Human Resources, and Personal Productivity, and certified/trained the trainers in western China as part of IFC’s capacity building project initiatives. The IFC SME Marketing DIY Handbooks were published by Shanghai Science & Technology Publishing Company where Keke was the adviser of.

Keke FACILITATES Action Learning & Coaching Projects, as well as Strategic Management and Planning processes with Future Search, AGILE, Appreciative Inquiry & Participative Strategic Planning Approaches, and with her many innovatively design interventions.  Keke is part of the SOL and works with Peter Senge at his yearly China Executive Champion Workshop on sustainable organizational development and learning.  Keke is also part of Future Search Network and practiced 50+ searched with corporations in the Asia Pacific region since 2004.

Keke gained her MNC & SME consulting/management experience in Australia, Asia, and Greater China. Including Digital Equipment Asia, ABB china, Xerox china, Accenture China, American Management Association China, Evans & Peck, and Kinnogene Inc.

Keke lectured at the Strathclyde University’s China EMBA program, was the panel expert of the Shanghai Labor Office’s Trainer Certification Center; She is also actively involved in the community; she presents in Junior Achiever China’s & AIESEC events, was the founding president for the Taiwanese Professional Women’s Society in Shanghai, the membership VP of Expatriate women’s society in Shanghai, Chair of the Shanghai Amcham Education & Training Committee, and the Executive Committee of Austcham Shanghai.

Keke holds directorship at early-education franchise, Happiness-OS social enterprise, and e-commerce fashion companies; and is the professional members of IAF, ASTD, AIM, and DMI.

As a certified master facilitator, certified coach, Keke holds a MBA from Chaminda Univeristy in Hawaii, and is working on a PhD. in Human & Organizational Development at the Fielding Graduate University in California.
